Should I subscribe if I’ve never tried BUBLUV Bubble Tea before?
Sure, why not? Cancellations are easy and we all love 10% off, right?
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log on to your customer account, click “Manage Account”, then “Manage Subscriptions, then “Cancel Subscription.” That’s it!
You will receive a notification that your subscription has been cancelled, but you may
revisit your account at any time to add products or reactivate your subscription.
Orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment date.
When can I edit my subscription (i.e. frequency, flavor, etc.)?
You can easily skip or cancel shipments and even switch or add flavors, all within an easy-to-use dashboard. Log on to your customer account, go to “Upcoming Orders” and navigate to your active subscriptions.
To add a product(s), select “Add a Product” below your existing subscriptions.
To remove a product(s), select “Remove”.
To swap flavors, select the “Swap” button. Swapped products will be delivered on your original subscription schedule.

Can I skip a shipment?
Yes! You can skip a shipment anytime in your account dashboard, or just reach out to us and we’ll take care of it.
To skip a shipment, simply log on to your customer account and select “upcoming subscription shipments.” Select the “Skip” button to skip your next shipment. Select “Unskip” if you still wish to receive your order.
When will my subscription product arrive?
Generally you'lll receive your BUBLUV Bubble Tea within 7 business days of the date charged. Depending on your location, you will receive a delivery between 2-7 business days from the shipment date. You’ll also get updates and a tracking number sent via email to keep you informed along the way!
Can I still take advantage of deals for non-subscribers?
Yes! While you do get special pricing as a subscription customer, you can take advantage of regular promotions by checking out outside of your subscription account!
How will I receive my exclusive perks?
We’ll send subscriber-only discounts, exclusive early access to flavors, and more right to your
email!
